Directions to U.S. 92.5 Studio:
We are located at 2824 Palm Beach Blvd. Ft. Myers, FL 33905, in the Wink-TV building.

CONTEST RULES:


1. All contestants must be 18 years old or older. Regardless of the prize won, a winner must wait 30 days before winning another prize on U.S. 92.5. One winner per household per 30 days. All winners have 30 days in which to pick up their prize. If a prize is not available at the time won, you will have 30 days to pick up the prize from the date in which you are contacted and made aware of the prize availability. Once those 30 days have passed, the winner FORFEITS the prize back to U.S. 92.5 and then we will "re-use" the prize for another contest. If a prize is mailed out, U.S. 92.5 and Meridian Broadcasting WILL NOT be held liable if for what ever reason the prize is lost or damaged during the mailing process.

The employees and families of U.S. 92.5, Meridian Broadcasting, Participating Sponsors and Promotional Partners, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agents, their families, and employees of any radio station within the Fort Myers and Naples total survey area, as designated by Arbitron, are ineligible for contests.


2. All winners must bring a photo ID with them in order to claim their prize. A prize may be picked up by someone other than the winner providing they have a photocopy of the winners picture ID with a note stating this person has permission to pick up said prize. Prize may be picked up ONLY at the U.S. 92.5 studio located at 2824 Palm Beach Blvd, Ft. Myers between the hours of 8:30 and 5:15pm Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. The business offices are NOT open on the weekends.


3. If a show or event is cancelled, U.S. 92.5 or Meridian Broadcasting WILL NOT and IS NOT OBLIGATED to offer a replacement prize. No refunds will be made under any circumstances. Prizes, such as airfare, money, etc. are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may not be redeemed for cash. Furthermore, if an establishment that has provided a prize ceases business operations (as the business they were operating as at the time of the giveaway), U.S. 92.5/Meridian Broadcasting and any people or organizations affiliated with us and the contesting WILL NOT and ARE NOT OBLIGATED to offer a replacement prize.


4. If winner receives a prize valued at $500 or greater, winner must wait 90 days before winning another prize on U.S. 92.5. These prizes also will be forfeited back to U.S. 92.5 if not picked up after 30 days. Winner will be responsible for any and all taxes that may accrue as a result of winning such prize(s).


5. If winner receives a prize valued at $600 or more, or if a listener wins a combination of prizes that is valued at $600 or more throughout the course of any calendar year, you will be responsible for any and all taxes that may accrue as a result of winning such prize(s). All winners are REQUIRED at the time they win a prize to provide the U.S. 92.5 personality with the following information...full name, address (house number, street, city and zip code), phone number, date of birth and social security number. Failure to provide the listed information will result in forfeiture of any and all prizes. Social Security numbers are required for tax purposes...for both the winners and for U.S. 92.5 and Meridian Broadcasting.


6. There will be some instances where a prize won may be substituted for cash/check. These substitutions will be made by Meridian Broadcasting when deemed neccassary. A winner can't request this. It may only be offered. Example: if a listener wins a hotel stay as a part of their prize, Meridian Broadcasting holds the right to hand over a check made payable to the winner for the amount that would be equal to the hotel stay. The winner would then be responsible for booking their own reservations, and making payment with the money that was won.


7. Winners grant 92.5 and its contest sponsors the right to use his/her name, image, recorded voice and photograph to publize the contest and the awarding of the prize, but not to advertise the sponsors and their services. By participating in an on-air contest, callers grant U.S. 92.5 permission to record and broadcast the contestants voice and name. All other information obtained from the winner will never by shared with any outside source with the exception of tax information with the IRS.


8. Acceptance of a prize releases U.S. 92.5, Meridian Broadcasting, its sponsors and adveritisers from all liability and claims including injury or damage concerning the prize, its delivery, and its use.


9. U.S. 92.5 assumes the right to discontinue a contest and to change these and any contest rules at any time. Decisions of management are final in all cases.
